We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with expertise in aluminum and facade systems. The role involves developing accurate and detailed 3D models, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for aluminum and facade systems.
Produce detailed fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and installation drawings from BIM models.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
Perform clash detection and provide solutions to mitigate design conflicts.
Ensure BIM execution aligns with project requirements and company standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and version control of BIM files.
Support project managers and engineers with technical details related to aluminum and facade works.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to project planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in aluminum and facade projects.
Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Rhino, or similar BIM tools.
Strong understanding of facade systems, aluminum details, and construction methodologies.
Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
