We are urgently seeking an experienced

BIM Modeler (Mechanical)

with strong 3D modeling skills and hands-on experience in UAE-based MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining mechanical BIM models in accordance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update detailed 3D mechanical BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD. Coordinate with other disciplines (Electrical, Civil, Architectural) to ensure clash-free models. Generate accurate shop drawings and as-built documentation. Follow BIM standards and project workflows as per company and client requirements. Support design and construction teams by providing technical BIM-related input.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

3-5 years of proven UAE experience

as a BIM Modeler (Mechanical). Proficiency in

Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Familiarity with BIM execution plans, LOD standards, and coordination workflows.
