BIM Manager

to lead our digital design and delivery processes across multiple projects and teams.

Role Overview:

The

BIM Manager

will oversee the implementation, development, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and standards across all project stages. This role involves close coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate, efficient, and collaborative project delivery using BIM tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, templates, and execution plans (BEP). Manage and coordinate BIM models across disciplines to ensure data integrity and consistency. Oversee BIM production teams and provide technical guidance and training. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define BIM requirements and deliverables. Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality control using tools like Navisworks or Solibri. Support digital design workflows including 4D (scheduling), 5D (costing), and 6D (facility management) integration. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance project delivery efficiency. Lead coordination meetings and represent the company in BIM-related client discussions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination or management roles. Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or ACC). Strong understanding of IFC standards, COBie data, and ISO 19650 workflows. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience with Dynamo, Rhino. Inside. Revit, Enscape, or other visualization/automation tools.
