Detail Design BIM Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead the BIM Team: Manage, mentor and train a team of BIM Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Develop and Implement BIM Standards: Create and enforce company-wide BIM standards, protocols and the best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects. Project Oversight: Oversee the BIM process on all projects, ensuring that models are accurate, clash-free and meet project requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. UAE (Dubai) experience is preferred. Solid experience in Detail Design with a Consultancy Background. Minimum of 5 years of experience with BIM specific role. Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navis work and other key BIM software.
