We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

BIM Manager

to join our multidisciplinary consultancy firm. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in

Civil, Architectural, and MEP consultancy

, with strong expertise in

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

implementation and management across various design and construction stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage BIM implementation across civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines. Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, processes, and protocols. Coordinate with project teams to ensure BIM workflows are adhered to and deliverables are aligned. Conduct BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and model reviews using tools like

Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360

. Train, support, and guide design teams in using BIM tools and best practices. Review and audit models for quality control and compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other consultants for smooth BIM integration. Prepare and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of BIM models and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or MEP-related disciplines

. Minimum

7-10 years

of experience in a consultancy environment. Strong understanding of construction processes and interdisciplinary coordination. Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related tools

. Experience working on

large-scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects

. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of local and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is an advantage.

Additional Information:

Civil, Architecture, and MEP consultancy experience is mandatory.

Salary:

AED 20,000

per month (all-inclusive). Candidates must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
