Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
BIM Manager
with strong MEP expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of professional experience in MEP BIM coordination and management, handling projects from LOD 300 to LOD 500.Key Responsibilities:
Lead interdisciplinary BIM teams to ensure clash-free models and effective coordination with main contractors and designers. Implement ISO 19650 workflows, manage Common Data Environments (CDE), and execute MIDP & BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Oversee the delivery of LOD 500 as-built models, AIM and COBIE data structuring, and integrate verified site and supplier information. Utilize Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage (Clash Detection, 4D/5D simulations), and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM Collaborate Pro) efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 10-12 years of MEP BIM coordination and management experience (LOD 300-500). Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM Collaborate Pro). Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards, CDE management, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and delivering clash-free coordinated models.
