About the Role
We are hiring an experienced
BIM Manager
to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy and implementation across major projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee BIM processes, ensure compliance with project requirements, and drive digital transformation within our engineering and construction teams.Responsibilities
Develop and implement BIM execution plans in line with project and client standards. Lead coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams using BIM. Manage model production, quality control, and clash detection. Train and support project teams on BIM standards, workflows, and tools. Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and other international BIM standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate digital handover and asset information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years' experience
in BIM, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM tools. Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous experience in large-scale projects in Qatar or GCC preferred. Must be based in Qatar with atransferable visa/NOC
