Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated BIM Manager to lead and manage our BIM processes across a variety of building projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies, managing BIM teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of BIM projects according to schedule and budget. This role requires a strong understanding of the entire building lifecycle, from design and engineering through to construction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs) for building projects. Manage and mentor a team of BIM technicians and modelers. Create and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and templates. Oversee the development and maintenance of 3D models, including clash detection and resolution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM data. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues. Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to project management. Manage BIM software licenses and training. Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and best practices. Contribute to the development of innovative BIM solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of work experience in building projects in design, engineering, or construction. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience managing BIM projects of a similar nature. Certificate in BIM Management (required). Proven consultancy experience in design and construction. Experience in managing BIM projects across the entire building lifecycle. Excellent knowledge of various BIM software applications (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
