Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary

BIM Manager

to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in integrating digital construction methodologies into our engineering workflows, ensuring project efficiency, accuracy, and coordination at all stages.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to establish and manage BIM standards, foster team-wide adoption of BIM tools, and lead the production of coordinated, data-rich models. Your role will be instrumental in delivering design excellence across commercial, residential, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and project execution plans in alignment with COENGR's goals and UAE regulations. Oversee and manage BIM workflows for complex and multidisciplinary projects including commercial buildings, residential towers, and industrial structures. Lead coordination efforts between architectural, structural, MEP, and civil teams to produce accurate and integrated BIM models. Conduct regular quality checks and clash detections reduce design conflicts. Deliver in-house training, mentoring, and support to enhance BIM capabilities across the team. Collaborate with Project Managers and discipline leads to ensure the effective integration of BIM in project planning and delivery. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in BIM and digital construction. Ensure compliance with international BIM standards (such as ISO 19650) and project-specific client requirements. Manage BIM-related software tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of BIM experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role. Experience in UAE-based projects, preferably with ADNOC, municipalities, or industrial clients. Expert-level knowledge of BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD; familiarity with Dynamo, BIM 360. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with international BIM standards including ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and UAE BIM mandates.

Preferred:

Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager, or equivalent). Familiarity with UAE codes and regulations, such as:
ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) BIM Guidelines Civil Defense BIM requirements (for industrial fire safety compliance)
Experience with COBie. Experience working with Common Data Environments (CDE).
