As our BIM Manager, you'll lead the digital backbone of major infrastructure and land development projects. What You'll Do

Lead the BIM Journey:

Set up and manage BIM processes for complex infrastructure projects.

Create Excellence:

Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans aligned with client requirements.

Set the Standards:

Establish and maintain BIM and CAD standards that drive consistency and quality.

Collaborate & Innovate:

Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and project success.

Manage the Digital Hub:

Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE) for smooth information flow and collaboration.

Solve Challenges:

Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using advanced tools.

Push Boundaries:

Integrate BIM with real-time data, digital twins, and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise:

Advanced skills in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Bentley software (MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer), and Navisworks.

3D Visionary:

Strong ability to create detailed models and realistic visualizations (Bentley LumenRT experience is a plus).

Data Mastery:

Skilled in managing large datasets and ensuring data integrity across project stages.

Collaboration Champion:

Excellent communication skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams.

Standards & Strategy:

Familiarity with BIM protocols and ISO 19650 standards.

Innovation Mindset:

Experience with digital twins and integrating BIM data with real-time sources.
