BIM Leads (Electrical, Mechanical, Architect, Facade, 4D/5D)
Job Summary:
BIM Leads are the subject matter experts and coordinators for the Building Information Modeling process within their specific discipline. They manage the creation, development, and coordination of the BIM model, ensuring it meets project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the discipline-specific BIM content and models.
• Lead the coordination process using clash detection software to resolve conflicts between disciplines.
• Ensure the model adheres to the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and standards.
• Supervise and mentor BIM Technicians and Modelers within the discipline.
• Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from the model for construction and procurement.
• (For 4D/5D Lead): Integrate the 3D model with the project schedule (4D) and cost data (5D) for visualization and analysis.
• Collaborate with the design team, consultants, and contractors to ensure model integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or architectural field.
• 5+ years of experience in a BIM role, with proven expertise in the specific discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in BIM authoring software (Revit, AutoCAD MEP) and coordination tools (Navisworks).
• Strong understanding of LOD (Level of Development) requirements and BIM protocols.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
