We've built a capable in-house team, but with more projects coming in, I need someone who can

lead from the front

-- managing BIM delivery,

delegating work smartly

, and

expanding the team

when needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both solving technical challenges and leading people.

What You'll Do:

Oversee BIM delivery across active projects using Revit (architecture, structure, MEP). Lead and delegate work to in-house modelers and ensure timely, high-quality output. Identify when additional resources are needed and take initiative to

recruit

new team members. Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Implement and monitor BIM Execution Plans and ensure model compliance with LOD/LOI and ISO 19650. Run clash detection and issue resolution using Navisworks, ACC, or Revizto. Extract 2D drawings, schedules, and quantities from coordinated BIM models.

What You Bring:

5+ years of BIM experience, with at least 2 years in a

lead or senior coordination role

. Strong hands-on skills in

Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

; architecture and structure focus preferred. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or Revizto is a bonus. Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards used across the GCC. Confident communicator with the ability to

lead a team

and interact with clients. Self-driven, solution-oriented, and proactive in managing delivery challenges.
Bonus if You:

Are based in Dubai/UAE (own visa preferred). Have experience in hotel, wellness, or mixed-use developments. Have a knack for building small teams and training junior staff.
