Job Description

FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY \xc2\xb7 Create and manage BIM models for architectural projects. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient BIM workflows. \xc2\xb7 Review and analyze project documents to identify and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies. \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain BIM standards and templates to ensure consistency and quality. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends. \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support and training to other team members on BIM processes and software. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of BIM deliverables. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMMUNICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller or BIM Architect in MEP/Joinery/Fit out industry \xc2\xb7 Experience working on architectural projects in the construction industry. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. \xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. \xc2\xb7 Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for an office / factory environment. Job Type: Permanent
