MISSIONS

Monitors BIM models for quality, data integrity and content throughout the project delivery process and at specific project delivery milestones in coordination with BIM Technicians
Ensures BIM models meet expectations stated in the project BIM Execution Plan
Understands the BIM scope of work for the subcontractors on the project
Performs quality reviews of submitted models as they relate to the contract documents
Ensures that all submitted data is compliant with BIM standards
Supports, assists, and trains project staff members on BIM when required

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
Around 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar position within international teams
GCC experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills to effectively cooperate with the client
Excellent Engineering software knowledge (especially Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 Glue, and Autodesk Vault)
Previous railway experience
