Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Architectural / Civil engineering. Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination, in Construction stage (LOD 400 & LOD500).
Hands on experience in developing and delivering LOD400 models and LOD500 models.
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, & BIM 360/ACC mandatory, and Revizto & Autodesk Civil 3D preferably.Hands on experience on creating parametric Revit Families, Revit Templates and Navisworks Clash Tests as per Client requirements.
Proficient in Dynamo for Revit mandatory, and API preferably.Hands on experience on creating Dynamo Scripts from scratch.
Proficient in 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration using Synchro / CostX. Proficient in COBie and OpenBIM.Hands on experience on preparing and exporting COBie spreadsheets.
Proficient in AR/VR. Familiar with industry standards such as ISO 19650, or Dubai BIM mandates Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
