Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior BIM modelers and CAD staff
• Interface regularly with management, engineering, and production teams on modeling and delivery matters
• Act in an advisory capacity to senior management on BIM and modeling-related issues
• Contribute to development of BIM and CAD training materials and best practices
• Demonstrate strong management of Common Data Environment platforms for model production and coordination
• Work closely with Roads Digital Design and Delivery Lead, engineering leads, and senior drafters to ensure compliance with project policies and processes
• Develop highway engineering drawings including layouts, arrangements, sections, assemblies, and details based on design inputs and sketches
• Manage BIM activities from project initiation through completion
• Review drawings for clarity, presentation, and adherence to QA and QC standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on model development and interface issues
• Perform clash detection and reporting using Navisworks
• Produce schedules and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Carry out additional BIM and CAD responsibilities as required by the project

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a diploma or 8 years with a bachelor's degree
• Strong experience in highway and road infrastructure BIM and CAD delivery
• Proven capability in supervising BIM and CAD teams
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and advanced modeling techniques
