- Responsible for developing the content of interior design models using Revit software.
- Generated BIM models and collaborated with design professionals for integration into new projects.
- Drafted detailed drawings of structures, specifying dimensions and materials needed.
- Fostered and maintained a collaborative professional working relationship with the project leadership team and client.
- Completed formal design intent and construction documentation.
- Created the detailed Interior Design.
- Interacted with clients to provide timely and relevant status updates.
- Documented all design phases, including SD, DD, and CD.
- Designed and specified hardscape features and walkways for the site.
- Worked on RCP and lighting plans (Existing-Demo & Proposed Phasing).
- Created proposed Interior elevation sheets with Demo & New Construction Tags.
- Created Door & Finish schedule for the project.
- Created storefront, glazing & other wall detail sheets.
- Worked on Reflected Ceiling plan with Lighting and Mechanical equipment.
- Developed numerous client presentations with high-quality renderings.
- Ensures that the BIM models created adheres to the industry and company specific BIM standards.
- Works closely with interior designers & BIM coordinators to ensure interior design intent is maintained throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design
Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Bim Modelling preferably in GCC.
Expert in using Revit Architecture software, AutoCAD, Naviswork
Must have a good portfolio in Interior Design.
Additional Information
Candidate must be locally available in UAE.
