Position Overview
The BIM Architectural Designer role with Achieve Group in Dubai supports a Singapore-based architectural, interior design, and planning consultancy specializing in human-centric environments for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare, and workplace projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D and 2D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements
• Use BIM models for buildability reviews, constructability analysis, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation support
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple BIM models, including coordination with advanced BIM tools and plug-ins
• Prepare architectural and civil or structural shop drawings based on design intent and as-built documentation
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and submission standards
• Implement drawing revisions and updates in coordination with project teams
• Support BIM documentation, record-keeping, and submission processes
• Assist the Project Manager in achieving timely and successful project delivery

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related discipline
• Three to five years of relevant experience, preferably on healthcare or laboratory building projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM-based workflows
• Proficient in AutoCAD for architectural documentation
• Proven ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and accountability
• Solid experience in BIM modeling, coordination, documentation, and shop drawing production
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in architectural projects
