Job Description

Ababeel is seeking talented and detail-oriented BIM Architects with strong hands-on experience in Revit and working knowledge of Navisworks. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, preparing drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Collaborate with other design disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks.

Prepare and manage drawings, sheets, and schedules at LOD 300-400.

Ensure project deliverables meet BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and quality standards.

Participate in coordination meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Maintain consistency and quality across all BIM deliverables.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on BIM experience (post-graduation).

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture discipline).

Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.

Good understanding of LOD 300/350/400 workflows.

Experience with BIM 360 or ACC is an advantage.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

GCC (UAE) project experience preferred.
