Job Description

We're seeking a skilled BIM Architect to collaborate closely with our contractors on high-profile projects. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have hands-on experience with BIM Level of Development (LOD) from 200 to 500, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM models in coordination with contractors, ensuring seamless integration from conceptual design through construction. Advance BIM models through LOD stages: LOD 200 (approximate geometry and quantity), LOD 300 (precise fabrication/installation), LOD 350 (connections and interfaces), and LOD 400/500 (as-built and facility management). Conduct clash detection, quantity take-offs, and 4D/5D simulations to support contractor workflows. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve issues and optimize project delivery. Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement best practices for model coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a BIM Architect/Coordinator in construction projects. Proficiency in BIM software: Revit (mandatory), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo/Solibri for automation. In-depth knowledge of BIM LOD progression from 200 to 500, including model authoring, federation, and handover processes. Strong understanding of construction workflows, MEP coordination, and fabrication detailing. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with contractors. Certification (Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design) is a plus.
