Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions is urgently looking for an experienced

BIM Architect

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural BIM models and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for clash detection and resolution Prepare BIM drawings, schedules, and project deliverables Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and UAE standards Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews Maintain model quality, accuracy, and documentation Support design and construction phases

Education & Certification:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent BIM-related certification is mandatory or preferred (Autodesk Revit / BIM Professional Certification) Additional certifications in BIM coordination or management will be an advantage

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant UAE experience as a BIM Architect Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Working knowledge of Navisworks / Solibri Familiarity with UAE building codes and BIM standards Good communication and coordination skills Immediate availability
