Job Description

The BIM Architect / Specialist will report directly to the Lead Architect and Senior Architect within the Design Team. The role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of architectural solutions and detailed design outputs, ensuring full technical compliance through the effective use of BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.

Key Objectives

Contribute actively to the delivery of full project packages or specific project components as part of a multidisciplinary team Participate in architectural design development and technical production Work efficiently under pressure to meet project timelines and milestones Demonstrate proficiency in the latest design software and BIM technologies Ensure seamless coordination with other disciplines and support QA/QC processes to enhance project quality and efficiency

Person ProfileEducation & Training

Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and other Autodesk design tools (Autodesk certification is a plus) 2-5 years of drafting experience using Revit and AutoCAD for detailed architectural drawings Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Ability to produce a full set of construction drawings with detailed documentation Proficiency in Rhino is an advantage Experience with parametric design and scripting tools is preferred

of professional experience Previous experience working on

complex and high-rise buildings

Experience across a diverse range of project types, including

residential, mixed-use developments, retail, hospitality, and civic projects
