We are looking for a talented and dedicated Architect with 3-6 years of professional experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, the ability to create concepts independently, and experience in managing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop conceptual designs, presentations, and detailed drawings.
Prepare architectural plans, 3D models, and interior layouts.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with Dubai municipality and UAE building regulations.
Participate in site visits, design discussions, and technical reviews.
Work independently on assigned projects and support the senior team.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
3-6 years of experience in architectural design (UAE experience preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and related design software.
Strong creativity, conceptualization, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage time and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
