BIM Modeler - Architectural Stone & Facade Specialist

Dar Al Rokham

is looking for a

BIM Modeler

specializing in high-end

Architectural Stone and Facade

systems to join our team. If you have exceptional precision and a deep understanding of complex building envelopes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models (

LOD 350-400

) for

stone cladding, marble works, and complex facades

. Generate accurate

shop drawings, fabrication sheets

, and material schedules directly from the model. Perform inter-disciplinary

clash detection and coordination

to ensure model integrity. Ensure all modeling adheres to the

BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

and project standards. Extract reliable

Quantity Take-Offs

(QTO) for procurement and estimation.
Requirements

Minimum

5+ years

of BIM modeling experience, with a focus on

architectural facades/stone/marble

. Expert proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

and

Autodesk Navisworks

. Strong technical knowledge of stone/cladding

detailing, fixing methods, and construction processes

. Proven ability to work on large-scale, high-end construction projects.
