Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in BIM workflows, Revit modeling, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams. The role involves developing accurate architectural models, managing BIM data, and ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM Execution Plans.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed Revit architectural models in line with project requirements. Create and modify families, parameters, and shared parameters to maintain model accuracy. Ensure models are properly structured and organized for coordination with other disciplines (MEP & Structural). Review and resolve clashes and coordination issues through Navisworks and other BIM tools. Apply and maintain BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards. Manage model linking, worksets, phasing, and design options effectively. Extract accurate drawings, schedules, and quantities from the BIM model. Collaborate with project team to maintain LOD standards and model quality.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field. 2-3 years of professional experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler. Excellent skills in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) and good knowledge of BIM workflows. Strong ability to manage parameters, families, and model data. Experience in handling BIM documentation, model updates, and revisions. Knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows. Familiarity with project collaboration platforms (ACC/BIM 360 ). Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy and project deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.
