Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

BIM Architect

with a minimum of

5 years

of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, excellent software proficiency, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and other BIM software. Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and coordination. Participate in project meetings and contribute to design development and technical reviews. Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements, and local authority regulations. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools. Support BIM documentation, drawing extractions, and schedule generation. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects. Provide mentoring or support to junior team members as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience in architecture or multidisciplinary firms. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must. Knowledge of and experience in Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, Enscape, or BIM 360 is a strong plus. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documents, and UAE building codes. Excellent communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
