Roles & Responsibilities:
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficient in Revit Architecture and BIM tools.
Manage BIM project data sets, workflows, and project setup on a daily basis.
Support the technical delivery of BIM projects by coordinating CAD and BIM workflows, creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit design models, and preparing documentation based on approved drawings and site conditions.
Assist the project team with all technical BIM-related tasks and issues.
Review and address clash detection reports with the project team and general contractors, leading this process when necessary.
Generate reports and schedules for internal use (e.g., exports from Revit Architecture).
Skilled in detailed design and BIM modeling up to LOD500.
Knowledge of additional design software such as BIM collaboration Pro, BIM Cloud, BIM 360,LUMION, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (required).
4-7 years of post-graduate experience in BIM.
Proven experience in project delivery.
Immediate availability to join the team.
