We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes throughout the lifecycle of projects, ensuring efficient coordination, and delivering high-quality architectural designs. You will work closely with project teams, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM solutions, optimize workflows, and enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure BIM standards are followed.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and 3D models.
- Lead BIM implementation for project design, documentation, and execution.
- Provide BIM-related support and training to junior staff.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in architecture with a focus on BIM.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices.
- Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
