We are looking for a skilled

BIM

Architectural Draftsman

to join our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality architectural drawings and BIM-based design documentation, working closely with consultants and engineering teams. This role requires strong technical drafting skills, BIM exposure, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and layouts as per project requirements. Develop and coordinate BIM models and drawings using Revit in line with project standards. Support architects and engineers in translating conceptual designs into accurate CAD and BIM-based technical drawings. Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi and UAE building codes, standards, and project specifications. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, BIM coordinators, and authority specialists) to incorporate feedback and resolve clashes. Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and proper documentation control. Assist in consultant submissions and authority approvals (ADM, ITC, etc.) as required. Deliver drawings within agreed timelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Requirements

Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in AutoCAD

for architectural drafting.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM (Revit)

is mandatory. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of BIM coordination is an advantage. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority requirements (ADM, ITC, Civil Defense, etc.) is preferred. High attention to detail with the ability to produce precise, high-quality drawings. Good communication and coordination skills within a consulting environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
