Define and implement
BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans
for projects.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model integrity and clash-free designs.
Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with
Dubai Municipality regulations and SOE requirements
.
Conduct quality checks and audits on BIM deliverables.
Support project teams with BIM-related training and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture
or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in architectural design and BIM implementation.
Proficiency in
Revit, AutoCAD
, and familiarity with
Navisworks
.
Strong understanding of UAE building codes and BIM standards.
Dubai SOE Registration
preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of
BIM Level 2 standards
and ISO 19650.
Experience in
parametric design and visualization tools
.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
