Architectural design
Interior design, modeling, mood board/ material board preparation.
Ability to complete the whole project drawings and detail draughting ( from the design stage to IFC ) using only BIM REVIT LOD 500
Generate reports and quantity schedules from REVIT
Site survey for the as-built sketching.
Projects coordination (documents preparing, municipality MePS and authorities system operating)
Preparing circulation plan drawing ( ITC integrated traffic center ).
Preparing tender drawings.
Preparing reports.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of AUTOCAD, REVIT, NAVISWORKS, 3d MAX, LUMION, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office
Very Good command of the English language, speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
Education degree equivalent from UAE authority.
Previous Experience Certification.
Engineering card registration from Abu dhabi municipality.
Passing Abu Dhabi Municipality Exam.
