Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process invoices for retail and wholesale customers
Manage daily billing operations with accuracy and attention to detail
Conduct telemarketing to promote products and generate leads
Receive and process orders from corporate offices
Maintain customer records and follow up on repeat orders
Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Provide basic support with stock handling and documentation
Requirements:
Prior experience in office supplies and toner cartridge sales is essential
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Experience with billing software or POS systems
Confident on phone calls and skilled in customer interaction
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Working Hours:
6 days a week (as per UAE labor law)

Competitive salary based on experience + potential performance incentives
