In order to reinforce the Team in Dubai we are currently recruiting for a Billing Specialist - temporary Contractor
As Billing Specialist at Jet Aviation, you will be responsible for project preparation and billing processes. Furthermore, you provide information to the Project Manager on time and take care of the OEM warranty claims and Special Programs. As Jet Aviation\xe2\x80\x99s Billing Specialist your actions have to be in line with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s Vision 2020 and strategy. You will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that our processes and procedures of invoicing are fully respected, all our commercial documents are globally aligned, executed effectively and in-line with customer contracts.
Description/Tasks:
- Issue final invoices i.a.w Jet Aviation policies and customer contracts and defined deadline
- Submit OEM and Special Program warranty claims
- Promote, enforce and secure strict application of Jet Aviation policies and Billing related processes and methodologies
- Secure customer inquiries and complaints are handled fairly and effectively
- Project preparation tasks
Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelors degree, diploma or equivalent
- Strong track-record in managing customer expectations in a matrixed organization
- Understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework is beneficial
- Understanding of Billing & Quotations procedures
- Good knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Billing in a similar environment or role
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other language is a plus
