We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Billing Staff
to join our IT retail store inSharjah
. The ideal candidate should have experience handling billing operations, managing invoices, and providing excellent customer service at the sales counter. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for all customer purchases.Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process bills/invoices for customer purchases accurately. Handle cash, card, and online payments securely. Maintain proper records of daily transactions and submit end-of-day reports. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth billing and customer service. Manage and update billing software with correct product details and prices. Address billing-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in billing, cashiering, or retail operations. Familiarity withbilling/POS software
and basic accounting practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple transactions efficiently. Fluency inEnglish
