Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient admission billing processes in compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines Coordinate with insurance and finance departments for pre-approvals, billing updates, and claims Ensure accuracy of patient information, service charges, and billing codes Provide clear explanations of billing procedures and charges to patients and families Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and reporting purposes
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in billing within a healthcare or hospital setting Familiarity with medical insurance processes, approvals, and claims Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proficient in hospital information systems and Microsoft Office tools
