Billing, Charging & Automation_Summer On-job Training Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site on need basis. Independently carries out installation and/or commissioning and/or integration activities, Network expansion activities. SW maintenance activities such as installation & test of technical, change notes & change deliveries. Good communication with Customer. Technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting within own competence area. Participates in fault management and/or help-desk activities. Feedback and co-ordination with Network Planning. Mostly own project customer interface and has the role of customer responsible person in his/her own competence area. If requested, executes above-mentioned activities in other sub-region/country. Planning and Design activities with the designated Network elements
Performing Commissioning, Integration and Acceptance Activities
Consulting the customer in technical questions for system configuration and maintenance issues.
Monitor and maintain the system, install SW corrections and upgrades, install Technical Notes
Your skills and experience
You have:
Engineering degree.
Good Knowledge in Cloud, Linux, OSS and BSS
Good Knowledge for IP protocols and IP networking.
