Job Description

  • Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests
  • Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading)
  • Manage letters of credit
  • Prepare relevant cost payments
  • Update internal system information
  • Coordinate with the logistics team and plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
  • Track shipments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documents on time (like invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading)
  • Schedule shifts with third parties to ensure continuous operation during public holidays
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of shipments, suppliers, and customers in the CTRM
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
  • Raise change requests from clients and shipment issues on time
  • Make document presentations to the bank against letters of credit or arrange prepayment from the clients
  • Conduct any quality or quantity claim
  • Interact with both internal and external clients related to deliveries cover for the organization\xe2\x80\x99s departmental colleagues while on leave or absent
  • Undertake analysis to help identify potential logistics issues and collaborate with different departments to take preventive and corrective actions
Criteria:
  • BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics, or relevant field
  • 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Logistics Administrator, Supply Change, or similar role
  • Experience with either truck or sea logistics
  • Must have knowledge and experience of Inco Terms
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and able to multi-task effectively
  • Must be fluent in English and fluent in one of the following languages: Russian, Mandarin, or Cantonese
  • Strong knowledge of letters of credit for import/export
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of ERP and CTRM is an advantage
  • Must currently reside in the UAE
