The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and developing engaging visual content across a wide range of media. The role involves translating creative briefs into compelling illustrations, layouts, and marketing assets while working closely with creative leads, and stakeholders. The designer will manage end-to-end design processes, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and contribute to innovation and mentorship within the team. Timely delivery, attention to detail, and strong project management skills are essential.
Role Description:Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout design
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Knowledge of print production processes and digital media standards
Attention to detail and ability to uphold brand identity across assets
Ability to receive and act on feedback constructively
Familiarity with UX/UI basics is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different media
Experience in handling design projects independently or as part of a collaborative team
Knowledge of current design trends and emerging tools/technologies
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality
