We're Hiring: Bilingual Financial Accountant (Chinese & English) - Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, a deep understanding of UAE financial regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 3-5 years in accounting (UAE experience required)

Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Languages: Fluency in Chinese & English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with UAE laws and IFRS standards. Manage accounts payable & receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, budgeting, and forecasting. Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely, accurate postings. Support internal and external audits. Ensure full compliance with VAT regulations; prepare and submit VAT returns. Monitor and control company expenses in line with budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. Assist in payroll processing and expense reimbursements. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required). 3-5 years of proven accounting experience in Dubai/UAE. Fluency in Chinese & English (mandatory requirement). Currently based in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and IFRS. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability. Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.
