This is a part-time, remote position working during the US Day shift, 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday. 1840 & Company is a global managed marketplace for professional resources and outsourced services. Our Client is a global brand in partnering brands with mobile carriers, delivering the content that matters to customers. We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative! Compensation:

- Processor - Core i5 or higher
- 8GB RAM or higher
- Internet connection with a download speed of at least 6 Mbps
- Internet connection with an upload speed of at least 5 Mbps
- Quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you'll appreciate the quiet) and without interruption
- Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, and social media
- Resolve customer problems and complaints
- Answer any questions a customer has
- Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
- Provide price information
- Handle inquiries about deliveries
- Verify customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Engage with customers
- Direct unresolved issues to a different department if needed
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
- The candidate should have 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a contact center environment
- The candidate must be able to speak and write fluently in English and French
- Candidate must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum requirements (Processor: minimum i5, RAM: minimum 8GB)
- The candidate must have a stable internet connection
