Should work with minimal supervision and be able to manage his/her own / existing caseload. Responsibilities: The Bilingual Counselor is responsible for providing information, advice, support, and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in education institutions in UAE Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Handling email, telephonic and web leads, calling them and qualifying them to walk-in leads; \xc2\xb7 Lead generation, cold calling and qualifying corporate and institutional leads; \xc2\xb7 Career Counseling to prospective customers; \xc2\xb7 Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required; \xc2\xb7 To follow up all enquiries and queries telephonic ally/ by emails; \xc2\xb7 Involvement in all other forms of marketing activities both online and offline; \xc2\xb7 Listening to the needs of prospects and educating the prospects; \xc2\xb7 Willingness to contribute to any area of work as and when required; \xc2\xb7 Maintaining records with respect to all communication happening with students; \xc2\xb7 Building relationships with prospects; \xc2\xb7 Achieving monthly/quarterly targets; \xc2\xb7 Constant interaction with prospective students through cold calling; \xc2\xb7 Liaising with Center Manager to optimize closure; \xc2\xb7 Making cold calls when required; \xc2\xb7 Finding new sales leads. Qualification / Specification: \xc2\xb7 Candidate should hold at least an graduate degree; \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and ability to fluently speak in English, and Arabic \xc2\xb7 Having previous experience of sales in education industry; \xc2\xb7 Passion to achieve business goals; \xc2\xb7 Presentable personality; \xc2\xb7 Basic Computer Knowledge; \xc2\xb7 Drive to convert leads to enrollments; \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills; \xc2\xb7 Excellent English communication skills; \xc2\xb7 Having right attitude and approach; \xc2\xb7 Ready to do any work irrespective of job profile or education; \xc2\xb7 Flair to engage in conversation and pitching sale; \xc2\xb7 High on energy level; \xc2\xb7 Dynamic personality; \xc2\xb7 Good track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets.
