A leading UAE retail brand is seeking enthusiastic Bilingual Call Center Agents to join their team in Sharjah. The role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and fluent in Arabic and/or English.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat
Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service at all times
Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
Document and update customer interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and/or English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving capabilities
