Job Description
We are looking for a
Biker Rider Supervisor
to manage and oversee bike riders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising delivery riders and ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage bike riders operations Ensure riders follow company policies, safety rules, and guidelines Monitor rider attendance, performance, and daily productivity Coordinate rider schedules, routes, and shift planning Handle rider issues, escalations, and on-ground support Ensure all riders have valid
vehicle licenses, documents, and permits
Conduct regular checks on bikes, safety gear, and complianceRequirements:
Proven experience as a
Biker Rider Supervisor / Fleet Supervisor
Experience managing riders ValidUAE driving license (Motorbike/Car)
Strong knowledge of rider operations and delivery workflows Good communication and people-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous delivery or logistics experience is a strong advantageWhat We Offer:
