We are seeking reliable and experienced Bike Riders to join our fast-paced delivery or courier team. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and deliver packages, food orders, or documents to customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner. You are the face of our company to the customer, so excellent service is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:

• Timely Deliveries: Pick up items from the warehouse, restaurant, or store and deliver them to the correct address within the promised timeframe.
• Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery routes using GPS and company-provided apps to ensure optimal time management.
• Order Verification: Carefully check orders at pick-up and delivery points to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers politely and professionally during delivery, handling payments (cash/electronic) if required.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily basic checks on the assigned motorcycle (fuel, oil, tire pressure, brakes) and report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety policies at all times. Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear.
• Documentation: Handle and manage delivery documents, such as waybills and invoices, ensuring customer signatures are collected where necessary.
• Reporting: Update delivery status in real-time using the company's mobile application and report any issues or delays to the dispatcher.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Motorcycle License is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a bike rider/delivery personnel in the UAE is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the city's roads and neighborhoods.
• Physically fit and able to handle long hours of riding.
• Own a smartphone and be proficient in using navigation and delivery apps.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of English (spoken); knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
• Must be responsible, honest, and punctual.
