Bike rider pharmacy sharjah Job details AED1,800 a monthly Job type Full-time Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Delivery Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in delivery services. Responsibilities:
- Timely and safe delivery of products to customers designated locations.
- Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
- Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and security during transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any relevant customer feedback.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures, adhering to safety guidelines and traffic regulations at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a neat and organized delivery vehicle, ensuring it is well-maintained and presentable.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Boy or in a similar delivery role for 2-3 years.
- Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail to accurately record and handle delivery documents.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid UAE driving license (Required)
- Sharjah (Required)
- Sharjah: Relocate before starting work (Required)
