We are looking for a reliable and punctual
Bike Rider
to join our restaurant team and ensure timely food deliveries to our valued customers. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local routes, possess excellent customer service skills, and maintain the quality of the food during transit.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders quickly and safely to customers Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness Handle payment transactions (if applicable) Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bike Follow traffic and safety rules strictly Communicate professionally with restaurant staff and customers Report any delays, accidents, or issues during delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience as a delivery rider, preferably in a restaurant setting Valid bike driving license Good knowledge of local roads and routes Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) Physically fit and able to ride for extended hours Polite, customer-focused, and reliable
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
