Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit qualified
bike riders
for delivery operations across Dubai.
Build and maintain a strong network within the rider community.
Conduct interviews, document verification, and coordinate onboarding.
Ensure riders meet all licensing and visa requirements.
Achieve hiring targets within given timelines.
Requirements:
Must be based in Dubai
and available for onsite work.
Must have a valid UAE bike driving license.
Must have own visa
(employment or freelance).
Prior experience as a
bike rider or recruiter of riders
is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, Urdu, or Arabic.
Compensation & Benefits:
AED 500 commission per successful rider onboarding.
