Position Overview

The Bike Rider & Housekeeping Attendant plays a dual role in ensuring smooth guest service operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities

Bike Riding & Laundry Logistics

Pick up and deliver laundry to designated locations within the property or nearby service points. Ensure timely and safe transportation of laundry items using a company-provided bicycle. Maintain the bike in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Keep accurate records of laundry movements and delivery schedules.

Laundry Assistance

Assist with sorting, loading, and unloading laundry as needed. Ensure proper handling of guest garments and linens. Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely processing.

Room Housekeeping

Perform basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and maintaining overall room hygiene. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards. Report maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor.

Guest Assistance
