We're looking for reliable and energetic Bike Riders to deliver food orders quickly and safely to our customers. The ideal candidate knows the local area well, enjoys being on the move, and provides friendly service with every delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from partner restaurants
Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
Ensure food is handled safely and arrives in good condition
Follow assigned delivery routes and traffic rules
Communicate with dispatch/customers when needed
Collect payments or confirm digital payments (if applicable)
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the bike
Requirements:
Valid ID and legal eligibility to work
Bike will be provided by the company
Smartphone with internet access for delivery app
Basic knowledge of local streets and routes
Ability to ride for extended periods
Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous delivery experience (food, courier, or logistics)
Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps
Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends
