The Bike Rider is responsible for accurately collecting, processing, and submitting customer orders within specified timelines. The role requires frequent customer visits to carry out necessary biometric procedures such as fingerprint ,while upholding high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and data integrity.
The Bike Rider ensures safe and efficient travel, timely execution of assigned tasks, and exceptional customer support throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and submit customer orders accurately and promptly.
Visit customers to perform biometric procedures (e.g., fingerprint capture) with precision and confidentiality.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
Ensure proper handling, accuracy, and secure transfer of customer data and documents.
Follow safe riding practices and maintain the company's bike in good working conditions.
Plan and prioritize daily routes to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
Report issues or delays to the supervisor promptly.
Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards always.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Valid motorcycle riding license
with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle biometric devices and follow data-handling protocols.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of city routes and navigation tools.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to ride a motorcycle for extended periods.
Comfortable carrying light equipment or devices needed for biometric procedures.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
